Mohamed Ahmad Alshaikh is a distinguished Emirati legal professional, renowned for his extensive expertise and authoritative presence in the legal landscape of the United Arab Emirates. Authorized to practice before all judicial levels in the UAE—First Instance, Appeal, and Cassation—Mr. AlShaikh brings a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of the intricacies of UAE law. He is also a licensed Arbitrator who has participated in numerous cases in DIAC and DCC arbitrations.  He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of the Emirates, Al Ain, and a Bachelor’s degree in Law and Economics from the University of Jazeera, Dubaies.
