Abdelaaziz Kacimi is an attorney admitted to the
Casablanca Bar since 2016, specialising in business law advisory, international arbitration, and
litigation. He holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree from Sidi Mohamed Ben Abdellah University,
Morocco, where he is also currently pursuing doctoral research in arbitration law. He served as
First Secretary of the Conference of Trainee Lawyers at the Casablanca Bar (2018) and
subsequently at the National Conference of Trainee Lawyers (2019), demonstrating early
leadership within the profession.
Mr. Kacimi has played a central role in building and
managing the firm's arbitration practice, leading a team of lawyers and support staff across
business law, arbitration, private international law, administrative litigation, and
international trade disputes. He has acted in arbitrations across multiple institutional
frameworks and has particular experience in construction and real estate disputes in the GCC.
Fluent in Arabic and French, he has authored several published articles on business law and
arbitration, reflecting his commitment to the academic as well as the practical dimensions of
his field. His doctoral research focuses on arbitration law, and he brings a rigorous analytical
approach to every matter he handles.
