Junior Legal Counsel

• Mostafa Haytham is a law graduate from Cairo University and a junior legal counsel with the firm. Since joining Mohamed Alshaikh Advocates, Mostafa has gained practical exposure across civil, commercial, and criminal matters — assisting senior members of the team with legal research, case file preparation, contract review and drafting, client correspondence, and the preparation of legal memoranda and court submissions.
• Mostafa also contributes to the monitoring of legislative and regulatory developments relevant to client matters, and assists with the administrative and procedural aspects of case management across the firm's departments. Fluent in Arabic and English, he brings strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to developing his practice under the supervision of the firm's senior practitioners.
